    More about CLAS

The CLAS technology is modular and built inside standardized 40-foot containers, making it easy to produce, assemble, and transport. A complete CLAS consists of six modules, and the size is approximately 12 × 17 meters, allowing an annual production capacity of up to 32 tons of algae distributed on 40 cultivation vessels. If there is a need for increased production capacity, more modules or facilities can be established in connection with existing facilities, providing a flexible solution for both small and large production needs.

The closed system circulates water and nutrients internally, reducing the need for external resources such as water and fertilizer. This helps to minimize both waste and emissions to the environment while making production more sustainable and environmentally friendly. However, natural evaporation is inevitable, requiring periodic replenishment of water to maintain optimal water levels in the closed system.

Overall, our technology creates a controlled environment where key parameters such as water quantity, light, temperature, and nutrient levels can be adjusted to optimize algae cultivation. LED lights are used to simulate daylight, and the water in the facility is kept at a stable temperature of 25 degrees Celsius to ensure optimal growth. This advanced control makes it possible to produce high-quality algae with consistent quality and high productivity, regardless of external climate conditions.

The combination of efficient use of resources and modern technology makes the CLAS plant an innovative solution for sustainable algae cultivation.
